We're a small New Jersey engraving studio. We ask for the least we need to make your piece and get it to you — and we keep it to ourselves.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the engraving text, font, placement and artwork you upload, quantity, need-by date, and any gift note or message.
We also keep basic records of your orders so we can produce, ship, and support them.
We use your information to produce your order, send you a mockup for approval, answer your questions, and ship your pieces.
We may email you about the status of an order you placed. We do not sell your information.
Files you upload are stored privately and used only to produce the piece you ordered. We do not publish or reuse your artwork without asking you first.
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the studio — hosting, payment processing, and shipping carriers — and only what they need to do their part.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, reorders, and normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
